Chiropractor
J. Leah Garlan D.C.
Owner and Director of the Pennridge Wellness Center. Dr. Leah graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
She also attended The Won Institute in Glenside, PA where she received her Masters degree in Acupuncture. She comes to work everyday to put a smile on the faces of her patients through her many talents and interests. In her spare time, she enjoys riding horses on her farm, traveling, and being outdoors. Dr. Leah is now Functional Medicine certified.
Chiropractor
Theresa Russo D.C.
Dr. Theresa attended La Salle University in Philadelphia, PA where she obtained a B.S. degree in Public Health. She received her D.C. degree from Logan University in St. Louis, MO in 2020.
Like Dr. Leah, Dr. T is also a Functional Medicine Practitioner. Dr. T is the current Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association (PCA) Treasurer. She received her first adjustment as a young girl and now is excited to educate the public about its many benefits. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exercising. She also enjoys cheering on all the Philadelphia sports teams!
Chiropractor
Andrew DeSaro D.C.
Dr. Andrew is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic - IA and has 25 years of experience working with people of all ages and conditions. He attained additional training in pregnancy and pediatrics, especially working with birth trauma and difficult pregnancies.
He is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to the members of the community with expertise and compassion. He has four daughters and enjoys an active lifestyle with a commitment to volunteer fire service.
Clinic Director
Eileen Tuttle
Eileen is the Clinic Director of the PWC who comes with 25 plus years experience in the medical field. She is also a Certified Health and Life Coach. She is currently working towards her B.S. at Penn State University.
During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel, go to concerts, and making people laugh. As of Mother of three, she continues to improve upon her skillset to help our patients and ultimately show her children that they can do anything they set their minds to!
Front Desk Coordinator
Rachel Durand
Rachel is our Front Desk Coordinator and is excited to get to know our PWC family. She is currently working towards her Master's degree in Library & Information Science. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys yoga, painting, and walking her Black Lab puppy, Obi.
Certified Rebuilder Technician & Exam Technician
Lisa Campbell
Lisa was a Certified Vet Tech for 7 years before coming to PWC. Lisa became a patient with our office in early 2021, looking for relief from the physical demands of her job at the time. She then joined the team later in the year!
She is a Certified Rebuilder Technician for our Neuropathy programs and is the Exam Technician of PWC. When Lisa is out of the office, she enjoys kayaking, hiking with her dog and going to events with her car club.
Therapy Aid
Christy Komorowski
While new to the Chiropractic world, Christy does not fall short on commitment to giving a high level of service to everyone who walks through the door. She has sought Chiropractic care in the past to relieve stress and pain, so she figured why not help others do the same!
Christy is our Therapy Aid here at PWC. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her daughters and going on motorcycle rides through the mountains with her husband!
Insurance & Billing Manager
Teri Gilbert
Teri is our Insurance & Billing Manager. Her role is to answer all of your questions and always do the best she can to make dealing with Insurance companies as smooth as possible!
She has a true love and passion for Chiropractic and animals. Teri lives in New Jersey with her Husband, Mike and their three sons, Matthew, Ryan, and Aiden, and their dog, Rocky. In her spare time, she enjoys being down the shore and spending time with her family.

Lisa Rosenberger
Lisa R. is our wonderful Certified Massage Therapist. She always has a smile on her face and welcomes all patients, new and previous with open arms to her "humble abode" in the office. In Lisa's spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and working in her garden.

John Harrison
John is a Certified Massage Therapist. He has a focus to bring together soft tissue work with peace and healing. His effective touch with sports and stretching flare has his patients coming back for more! Mobility and tough case management are his favorite. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family.
